Trade fair in Poznan, Poland

Budma 2016 + Instalacje 2016, Poznan, Poland

Budma Fair held in polish city of Poznan was the first one for Domat to exhibit in 2016. It’s been the biggest meeting of companies from the building industry in Poland, over 800 exhibitors from more than 60 countries participated on the exhibition. Within Poland it is a unique opportunity to compare what the market offers, which was demonstrated with high attendance of the fair. And indeed, we met plenty of visitors not only from Poland, but also from Scandinavia and the Baltics.

The further fair in Poznan, which we decided to attend after the successful fair Budma, was the show Instalacje 2016. It was held in the last week of April. It’s been considered as the largest exhibition of installation technology in Poland, where visitors can come across the latest trends in this field of industry. Domat fancied the fact, that from the Building Management industry, was the only exhibitor on the fair, so we experineced a high interest in our stand as well.

Our new process station series “mark” and the new engineering tool Merbon IDE aroused an extraordinary interest. Especially the possibility to compose the program logic by both logical blocks and structured text. Furthermore, it is certainly appropriate to mention the fact that the combined small processing stations with a mix of inputs and outputs IMIO and ICIO will be suitable for most of compact applications, as was recognized by potential customers who are involved in energy savings in residential sector. Our new operator unit HT200 with a TFT touchscreen display and a high resolution of 800×480 pixels got a very positive response together with our new application Merbon Menu Reader. This will be available for download to your mobile phones and tablets in the App Store and Google Play soon. The application enables easy control of our devices and can also monitor their status or show the consumption from M-bus devices.

We would like to thank to all visitors and business partners we met in Poland and we hope to have a successful follow on in the future.

Grants from European Regional Development Fund, Operation Programme Enterprise and Innovations for Competitiveness were drown for this project.
